Well, I sort of felt like you in this issue. I just started drinking a shake with mainy vitamens that would help weight gain. I drink one every morning, I gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks. Its really helping me look better. Just search for a drink or shake that helps weight gain, I really think it works.

You need to get yourself to a nutritionist. My sister's underweight and at the moment they're running all sorts of tests to see if she has something wrong with her digestive system, an allergy, a deficiency, who knows. A nutritionist can look at what you're eating and your lifestyle and run tests to see what's going on in your body, and put it all together and tell you what you should be eating and doing to get to a healthy weight. Your regular doctor can refer you to one.

Jay's right. 5'10" and 95lbs is severely underweight and I'm surprised your doctor has never mentioned anything about running tests. Or have you not seen your doctor lately? Well if it has been a while, here's your chance. One possibility is hyperthyroidism. An overactive thyroid accelerates the metabolism, so that you burn calories very quickly, making it very hard to gain weight. It comes with its fair share of complications like Graves' Disease. Allergies and other illnesses are worth a mention. So please see a doctor so you can figure out what's up/down with your weight.

I'd recomend you go to the doctor even if you're going to try over the counter products. In case there is a problem that you should be treated for, it's better to catch it now than have more complications later because you waited.

Hyperthyroidism! Why didn't I mention that? I actually have the opposite condition, and I never would have found out unless I SAW MY DOCTOR. It doesn't take more than a simple blood test to check your hormones. You can try the protein stuff but still see your doctor, they can tell you whether or not it's right for you - if it's not, you might actually make yourself feel worse.
