I have this problem.........

I pick my skin. i pick my skin alot. i have scars all over my face, arms back even my legs. i just sit there explore my body and find pimples and squeeeeze. i do unconsiously with even realising. i've the conclusion i do when i'm nervous or anxious and i did a lil research and i heard that there is actually a disorder called CSP which stands for compulsive skin picking.

i dont know if should see a doctor for this or if its just a bad habit to kick

i feel its getting really bad i hate my skin being the way it is but i cant stop as soon a i feel a pimple i go nuts i keep squeezing until comes out and by then my finger nails have cut through my skin and leaves sores all over my body.

It's propably a bad habit. Pimples are a part of puberty. Its normal if you do pop them then its probably going to leave a scare. It's good to break habits like that. It help you with the scars.

P.s. My Grandma tells me a good solution for scars is CoCoa Butter. It heal scars.
