Hey, for the past few days I have been peeing alot (almost 20 times yesterday) I went to my doctor and she said I needed to cut back on Pepsi and drink more water.
I have done so (starting today) but I am still peeing alot, I do not have an infection or anything like that. but I was wondering if anyone could give me tips on how to control it. =/
also I might have a small bladder, but this hasn't bothered me until 2 days ago.

Not only should you knock the Pepsi out of your repertoire, you should remove all caffeine for the time being. The urge to pee has a lot to do with hormones (ADH/vasopressin and aldosterone). Changes in the way these hormones are secreted can affect the way you pee (frequency and volume). I'd just wait it out, drink water and see how that goes. I'd also make sure to eat foods rich in calcium. The way aldosterone works, if you're peeing a lot, you might also be flushing out a lot of Ca.

oh, and remember that it'll take a while to get yourself hydrated & peeing less. it won't be a sudden change. give it a few days, your body needs to adjust!
when i make a real effort to get back to properly hydrated, it takes me about 4-7days depending on how dehydrated i was... peeing constantly the whole time, it seems. then it tapers off.
Do you think it could be nerves/stress? I find that when i'm stressed out or nervous/scared about something, i tend to pee more.
As for the water thing ... I was kinda forced into trying it too, this summer. Since i've been working this summer, i've been drinking a lot of it, as we're only allowed to have water w/ us while we're working. I can hold it for a good 3hrs now, which i've never really been able to do before.
