I read in an article in my anthropology class that some countries in europe consider it normal to wear a bra to bed at night, but sexier for a woman to go without during the day. It keeps them more well shaped for during the day. If i remember correctly it was used in Northern european countries like Switzerland or Sweden or somewhere that started with an S, as well as a few other places.
I sleep with a bra on sometimes at night, actually a lot at night... its not hurting me yet. I start feeling naked if I don't. I do however have to replace my bras more often. But I wear the X bra and they've been holding our for like 6 months now. So its good.

It all depends on my mood if i wear one to bed or not.If i get hot or uncomfy i just take it off.Im not really comfortable with not wearing one.I feel naked when im not wearing one. BabyGurl

I once heard that wearing a bra to bed has been linked to breast cancer--is there any truth in that?

I find it very uncomfortable to wear a bra to bed... but maybe it's just me! I am 15 and i already HATE wearing a bra!!! Ughh they are so uncomfy!!!

I wear my bra 24/7. I don't know...it's like when I don't wear it, my chest feels heavier...if that makes any sense.

Same here. I couldn't go anywhere without wearing my bra. It just feels uncomfortable if I don't wear my bra. And without a bra it makes the chest look rather..saggy or something like that.
