Borderline paranoid hypochondria

HI! How are you,people? :)

I have a big problem.I keep having scares I am sick.I am scared I damaged my bowels,that my vision is blurred,that I will become incontinent,that I damaged my stomach,that I have IBS etc

I can't handle life anymore.

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling that way and that it's causing you such distress. This sounds like an issue that would be best approached with the help of a mental healthcare professional, like a counselor. Are you seeing anyone like that now? If not, do you know how to start accessing that resource?

I am seeing my psychiatrist tommorow.She will probably increase my antipsychotics.

I'm glad to hear you're seeing someone with the skills to help you address this issue. Do you feel like the approach she's using is helping you at all? Or would you like some resources on getting the most out of therapy?

I saw my psychiatrist today.I now know those were all paranoias.And she increased the dose of my antipsychotics but sure I'd like the Resources :)
