So I recently became friends with this girl Jessica over the internet...We talked about many things and at one point Jess told me a story that she had a boyfriend with who she had sex even though she didn't want to.He suggested vaginal sex and she said no.But he told her "common you'll like it" and "do it" and she just kept quiet and eventually did it with him even though her face was,like mine,full of great discomfort.Was this rape or it doesn't count since she only said no once?

What you're describing is definitely not ok! Saying no just once is enough for someone to establish that they aren't consenting to something. This sounds like a situation where your friend was coerced and pressured by a partner and didn't consent to sex, and while everyone in that position has the right to define their own sexual experiences for themselves, that's something we'd consider to be rape.
