Breasts' pores red around areola

The pores around my breasts' areola suddenly got red and kind of bumpy, Just like an allergy..It's only around the areolas, it's not itchy and not painful or tender to the touch. It's the first time I see this and although I've been sweating a lot these days because it's so hot, I'm scared...
What could It be?? "/

We really couldn't guess what this is, since we aren't doctors and can't examine you. I think the best thing you can do is keep your areola area clean and dry and keep an eye on things for a few days; it may fade away without an issue but if you start to notice pain or tenderness along with the redness, or if you notice the redness increasing, then it's probably a good idea to check in with a doctor.
