If you're talking about gender dysphoria, people can experience it in a few different ways. It can be related to how someone's body or presentation differs from what they want it to be or feel it "should" be, such as feeling uncomfortable with their breasts because they are uncomfortable not having a flat chest (or vice versa), feeling like a hairstyle or article of clothing doesn't align with their gender, etc.
It can also be related to how someone else relates to a person in terms of their gender; if people aren't affirming or correctly understanding someone's gender then that might cause dysphoric feelings.
If you want to talk at all about what you're feeling, we'd be happy to discuss it with you, whether these feelings turn out to be dysphoria-related or not.
