Sensory play?

Any ideas on how to take senses away, or make them more heightened? Also, what about interesting sensations that can be made from a variety of things?

A lot of this is going to come down to what feels interesting to you! Anything that can block your senses would be an option (blindfold, darkness, earplugs, etc), and as for what sensations might feels interesting, that's something you could explore by thinking about different scents, sounds, textures or feelings you like, or what objects around you could feel like if you experiment with them.
