Or is it 98% safe because it MIGHT break? Let's say I have sex with a condom and it doesn't break. Was it 100% safe for me, or just 98% safe?
That thing of small rips is false right? If the condom fails you notice it ?

Yes, you and/or your partner will be able to tell if the condom has broken or come off.
