Breakup help.

How do I get over a breakup without binge eating and crying and being on the brink of depression? :cry:

Hi Awkwardly,

Breakups can be pretty tough, I'm sorry :(, and we get to have a whole lot of big feelings for a while in the face of big changes in our life.

Generally, it's helpful to accept that we're having those feelings and take some time to look after ourselves a bit as we process.Have you been doing any Self-Care? Why not have a read through the suggestions in that article and see what sounds good to you?

Maybe in moments when you're feeling ok you want to work on your other relationships - with your friends, your family, yourself - or discover or reconnect with something you enjoy or are good at?

I really like how this article Getting Through a Breakup Without Actually Breaking walks through all those big feelings, why not take a look and come back if you need to talk through anything?
