I take my pill everyday at 11:30am,
At 3:15pm I was lying in bed and felt like I needed to burp but it brought up like acid or vomit which I swallowed down again (nothing came out of my mouth) sorry for being gross!
Would this have affected my pill and would I need to take another today or should I be fine?
Thanks

Hi Ally,
As we've noted in previous threads, we need to steer clear of this kind of question with you, both because it keeps your brain locked in the anxiety loop and because the answer to questions like this one can be found on the main site.
You mentioned in your last thread that you were going to see your doctor about possibly switching birth control methods. How did that visit go?

it was just one question that I was concerned about
It went well, talked things through and I'm abstaining for a while after talking things through with my boyfriend

Also it wasn't to switch birth control methods it was just to talk about my concerns with it.

Is there anything else we can help you with, then?

Sam set a limit with you about that question, a limit I am going to respect.
