I swallowed my pill normally, it went down easy and didn't stick in my front.
I then carried on working and about 5-6 minutes later I took a mouthful of water from my bottle and choked on it (water went down the wrong way) and had a little coughing fit, could I have possibly brought the pill back up without noticing? I know it only takes seconds for something to go from mouth to stomach so surely it couldn't have came back up?

Hi, Allybannsiders! If you successfully took your pill and didn't notice the pill coming back up when you coughed, it was likely in your stomach already and won't be coming back anytime soon.
