origin of a myth

where did the cultural meme that women are inherently more emotional when it comes to sex, make attachments to everyone they have sex with/don't actually care for physical pleasure come from?

It's hard to tell you where exactly that came from, but my guess would be that it has something to do with the idea of women bearing children meaning women are inherently caring/nurturing. The idea that they don't care about physical pleasure could be about the objectification of women- women are sex objects for men, therefore their own pleasure isn't important.
