Sexuality in fiction - books, movies, TV

Unread post by Karyn »

I was just reading the topic on "The Fault In Our Stars" here and it got me thinking: so much of the way sex is presented in the media (whether that's in movies, on television, or in novels) is pretty idealized and not terribly reflective of real life. Obviously The Fault In Our Stars is a good example of an exception to that rule, and there are others too.

So.

Do you have a favourite book, or movie, or TV show that you feel represents sex and sexuality realistically? Something that really resonated with you, or reflected your own experiences?
