I've hooked up with this girl once or twice, and while making out, have little trouble acquiring an erection. However, my penis...gives up after only a few minutes and is completely unresponsive. I don't have any less desire for sex, certain parts of my body just aren't cooperating. I've also noticed fewer erections overall in the past few weeks.
I am 18 years old and in good health.
Not (currently) taking medication that might cause ED.
Not drinking or smoking
Never undergone surgery
Not currently suffering from depression
What is happening here?

We can't give an exact diagnosis for what's causing this, but what I can tell you is that in young people erections issues are often psychological. Being nervous (including being nervous about not being able to get an erection) can make it harder for you to get and stay aroused, so that's one possible culprit.
