Skinny dipping in creeks, and playing nude in mud?
Is there any issues, presuming you're in a realitively secluded area in the woods or whatever, with this?

As long as you find a private area for the skinny dipping, and wash any leftover mud off your genitals, I personally don't see any problem.

The only thing I would be worried about would be Bacterial Vaginosis. However, it apparently can't be contacted from pools, so that could possibly extend to lakes/river. It's not impossible to treat, so just keep an eye out if you do go ahead and try.
