I have a really broad query; I'd like people to share what things they experienced either in their homes or in the homes of friends which they thought were good ways of connecting with parents or caregivers. Were there conversations or dinner table customs that encouraged your to engage with your family or provided a structure in which you felt safer discussing more sensitive topics?
