I have three questions to be ask.

1. My penis is directed to the left instead of being straight and i feel very awkward when i get naked in front of my girlfriend. Is there a cure for it?

2. I lack thickness and length. Even at 19 standing 6'3" tall, my length is 5 inches. How can i increase both?

3. The upper skin is still attached to the inner skin with a joint underneath the tip. How can i get rid of it?

It is perfectly normal for a penis to go left or right, just as it is perfectly normal for one testicle to hang lower than the other.

5 inches is also a totally normal length for an erect penis. I know of no safe way to increase either the thickness or length. Please don't be a sucker for any pills, potions, or surgeries that promise to make your penis larger.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but besides working out and diet, there isn't much about our bodies that we can change the dimensions of. This is especially true for our penises, because they aren't muscles. You'd have better luck making your gallbladder or kidneys bigger.

So one of your challenges in life will be to learn to be comfortable with what you've got between your legs. Right now, you seem to be pretty critical about that part of your body. Think of how many guys who are 5'6" inches tall would LOVE to be 6'3"?

Another thing to realize is that a lot of women care far more about what you have in your heart and mind--including your personality, charm, and ability to listen and be respectful and loving--than what's behind the buttons of your blue jeans. And those ARE things you can work on and improve.

As for the "joint" you talk about on your penis, I suspect you are circumcised and this is where the foreskin attaches to the head of your penis, but the only way you can be sure things are normal is to have a healthcare provider take a look.
