What happens if I have sex more than once in one day?

Then you've had sex more than once in a day.

There's not really a minimum or maximum on the amount of sexual activity you're "allowed" to have during any given 24-hour period. You can be sexually active as much or as little as is comfortable for you. Obviously, it is possible to reach a point at which you do not feel like you want more sexual activity for a period of time. Bodies and minds can become tired or simply become interested in other activities.

If you are wondering about pregnancy or STI risks, then the issue is not the number of times you are sexually active, but rather whether or not the contact you are having is protected. Having unprotected contact always comes with both pregnancy and STI risks. It does not matter whether it is the first time or the 10th time or the 100th time.
